Accessible Arts & Media - Accessible Arts & Media (AAM) was formed through the merger of two well-established York based charities, Accessible Arts and Cube Media in 2008. We are a local user-led, community, arts & media provision whose primary purpose is to create accessible and inclusive opportunities for primarily (but not exclusively) young people and those with disabilities to engage in high quality and affordable activities. We will be at the Peace Festival to promote our ongoing work with communities in York & North Yorkshire and our upcoming 30th Anniversary in 2012. Ryedale Folk Museum - Watch or take part in traditional rope making and marvel at the inventiveness of your forebears, with a small display of traditional toys. There are certain things you need in life and a good rope is one! This rope machine originates back to the 1800s. Also locally made jams, biscuits, traditional toys and sweets, and craft packs.
Madhyamaka Buddhist Centre - Madhyamaka Kadampa Meditation Centre stall offering many books, CD’s and information on Kadampa Buddhist Meditation. Drop by the stall if you are interested in finding out about meditation and where the nearest class or course is held. Also selling many beautiful gifts such as incense, bags, candles etc.

Friends of St Nicks Field - recently described as ‘a jewel in the heart of York’, St Nicks offers a 24-acre green haven for both people and wildlife, plus the pioneering York Environment Centre. Come to our stall for info on guided walks, composting advice from York Rotters or to have a go on a pedal power generator.
Energy Jump - Will be there to answer any questions about renewable energy that people may have. They primarily install solar panels and are MCS registered and a participant in the REAL scheme. We’ll be offering the opportunity to explore whether solar energy is a viable option for your house and the chance to register for a free quote.

Riverford Organic Foods - Riverford deliver great tasting fresh fruit, Vegetables, meat, dairy and much more to your door from our Yorkshire farm. Friargate Quaker Meeting - Quakers share a way of life rather than a set of beliefs. We seek to experience God directly, within ourselves and in our relationships with others and the world around us. From early in our 350-year history, Quakers have taken a clear stand for peace.
Kigali Crafts - a fair trade company that supports Rwandan women and families to work their way out of poverty.
Habibi - selling recycled Eco candles, but there will also be a small selection of my own hand made fabric calenders, cards and framed etchings and paper art. Everything is hand made and where possible recycled materials are used.
North Yorkshire Humanist Group - Humanists are atheists and agnostics who seek to make the best of the one life we have by creating meaning and purpose for ourselves, individually and together.
Our stall will be giving out information about Humanism and the North Yorkshire Humanist Group, as well as running a tombola to raise funds for our activities.

Shea Alchemy - We are a tiny handmade company selling natural skincare with organic, unrefined shea butter – from a fairtrade cooperative in Ghana – organic almond, olive and apricot oils, spring water – direct from the spring – and lots of other natural goodies. Our products range from £4.50 to £25 and are packaged in funky recyclable tins.

Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust - Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust is a a mental health and learning disabilities organisation, providing services for people across Leeds and Beyond trying to stamp out stigma that surrounds mental health. We are also a part of a national campaign ‘Time to change’ and we ask people to make pledges on how they would try and spread the message of positive mental health. Participants pictures are then taken loaded up to our face book page.
